A tale of three weirdos and one talented vocalist

Once upon a time I had roommates. One of whom shared a weird obsession with me. James and I liked to watch Lisa Hannigan. We thought she was amazing.

James, do you remember Lisa Hannigan? The girl who sang back-up Damien Rice? The girl we all watched, drooling? We would stand in your room, just watching her in that “Volcano” video like total weirdos. We said she had talent. Yeah. We’d say. That girl is talented. Because Damien Rice is, well lets just say I could take him or leave him, but Lisa Hannigan is entrancing. Why doesn’t she ditch the dude and do her own thing, eh? Yeah. We could watch just her. Entrancing. And creepy!

AND THEN! And then she did it. She released her own album, Sea Sew, and in looking for a video of her to see what this new album might be like I stumbled across a fantastic music video. One of the best I’ve seen in awhile, sure to put a smile on your face. I mean, who doesn’t like Irish pubs, playhouse concerts, kids dancing, and girls with pretty teeth? Truly. You can’t resist the appeal of this video. You’re welcome, by the way.
